A Little About Me

I live in Seymour, Connecticut which is about 15 minutes from campus, on a bad day. That is one of the main reasons why I chose to attend Southern Connecticut State University, in New Haven. I also chose Southern because it was affordable for me and my family. My favorite class that I am currently taking ( besides journalism of course) is my Western Civ. History course. I love it because it’s history from the modern era, World War I, II, and the Cold War are all covered. Writing and History have always been subjects I’ve had a strong interest in. My favorite experience in my two semesters at Southern so far would have to be starting my own radio show at campus with my two friends. We have a weekly show every friday, we are called Child Please Sports Radio and we obviously talk everything sports. I could not be more pleased with my first year of college at Southern, it has been alot of fun and I cannot wait to experience more next year!
